Clerc Center Online Learning Community

Clerc Center's Professional Online Learning Community

What is a Learning Community?

It's a place to get useful information, exchange and create ideas, generate knowledge, and interact in a meaningful way. It's a place for sharing and valuing multiple perspectives (ASTD, 2005).

The Community has both closed communities for specific purposes and communities that are open to everyone, or to a professional group.

Moderated discussions are open for engaging interaction during finite time periods; the archived discussions are available for viewing and still beneficial. The discussions often have an associated webcast. Check out the variety of topics.

We will announce each community's new discussions as they become active. In the meantime, please view the archived discussions of the open communities.
